Sancus Mediation Centre

Sancus Mediation Centre provides specialist family mediation services serving a clientele that ranges from some of Hong Kong's leading families, the business and professional communities, expatriate and multi-racial families, and the grassroots as referred by NGOs. Our mediators have multi-lingual skills and are fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

The mission of the Sancus Mediation Centre is to provide a results oriented, client focused and professionally skilled approach to the settlement of financial, custodial, property and business management disputes among family members that are fairer, more agreeable and acceptable to the parties concerned. Unlike other dispute resolution options like litigation and arbitration, we help the parties concerned to resolve their differences in a non-contentious manner, enhancing communication and bringing about a result that is acceptable to all parties rather than decided by third party adjudicators. Our mediators have even helped estranged spouses decide to re-start family life again.
